Shanghai World Expo 2010

Shanghai is the host city of the 2010 World Expo, with the theme of "Better City Better Life" We enjoy the sites of Shanghai and spend a full day exploring the Expo site.

We continue on to the sites of Suzhou, Hangzhou and Yellow Mountain.

Itinerary Highlights:
Enjoy a full day visit to the Shanghai World Exhibition (Shanghai EXPO). The Exhibition covers a large area of over 5.6 km2 with 27 master halls built as an example of sustainable and harmonious urban living as indicated by the Expo Theme "Better City. Better Life". Enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many food venues at the EXPO. There are over 240 national and corporate participants, 189 of world's 196 countries are taking part.

We will also explore more of what China has to offer; Suzhou - enjoy a Grand Canal Cruise, Hangzhou - boat ride and tea plantation visit and cable car ride and overnight on Yellow Mountain. We will travel by coach, train and plain and enjoy local culture along the way.

There is an option to start your trip in Beijing and explore the site of this capital city.
